Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was impressed by the service person's (Sharee) professional manner, knowledge, customer service, and leadership. She did not waste time in idle chatter. The machines which she used to extract the oil, and antifreeze were the first time I had seen them being used. I also thought that the price of service, and product supplies were reasonable. Keep up the good work.

Have gotten oil changed here for several different vehicles over ths course of 10 years - back to when it waa oil can henrys or whatever. Very positive experience at first, however its been mostly negative for ths last two years. Has very much improved since the last time I went. Oil change process was very quick and the employees were extremely friendly. There was slight residue left behind, but that’s due to gloves being around oils all day. The workers tried their best to quickly wipe off noticeable spots with a rag.

Timing has never been an issue, but I am realistic about my expectations for times, days and what services I need. They explain everything that is available and when/why the service is due for your car. No pressure to get work but as ready when you want the service completed.…
